Job summary

BMI Group is seeking a Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager for the Nordic region, based in Finland (Vantaa) or Malmö. You will lead pricing governance, implement data-driven sales tools, and bridge central frameworks with local market execution.

You will manage GTN, ASP governance, pipeline dashboards, and territory planning while coaching a small local team and driving profitability in a multinational setting. Fluency in English and Finnish is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales GTN and pricing governance for the Nordic cluster.
• Standardise customer segmentation and structure local sales organization blueprint.
• Drive CRM adoption and implement Opportunity Pipeline dashboards.
• Coach In-Country Sales Analysts and Pricing professionals.
