Resurs is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead a Finnish outbound sales team as part of the Nordic leadership group. This is a performance-driven role focused on raising standards and delivering real commercial impact across loans, cards, insurance, and deposits.

You will shape a high-performance culture, coach daily habits, and drive KPI-led improvements while aligning with regulatory responsibilities and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a performance-driven sales team.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Understanding that sustainable results come from behaviour.
• Ability to coach daily habits, structure and mindset.
• Comfort raising expectations and following through.
• Balance commercial ambition with regulatory responsibility.
• Work systematically with data and KPI follow-up.
• Take ownership in leadership discussions and contribute with perspective.
