Job summary

NCC in Finland invites applications for a Category Manager & Team Leader to drive the Nordic Fleet transformation, shaping category strategies and leading a six-person Nordic Fleet team across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will set direction, build governance and ensure collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

You will act as a change leader, guiding implementation of Nordic-wide processes, policies and supplier agreements while focusing on performance, risk management and value

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in managing people, teams or cross-functional work in a changing environment.
• Solid background in category management, procurement and developing competitive supply chains.
• Experience with fleet management or asset-intensive operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nordic Fleet team and provide day-to-day support, priorities, and coordination of work.
• Develop and implement category strategies that support NCC’s business goals.
• Own Nordic supplier agreements, policies and governance within the category.
• Build strong supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management and KPI follow-up.
