Job summary

Danfoss seeks a commercial lead for lifecycle service opportunities to grow service revenue across EMEA. You will connect customer needs with service solutions, drive recurring revenue, and partner with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand service penetration.

You will help customers maximize uptime, efficiency, and asset performance while delivering value through service contracts and spare parts programs. This role emphasizes strategic selling and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, technical B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and pipeline management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of industrial service offerings and lifecycle value creation.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and end customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle service solutions that help customers improve uptime, efficiency, and asset performance.
• Drive growth of service contracts, lifecycle spare parts programs, and extended service offerings across the installed base.
• Identify service opportunities and convert installed-base potential into long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand service penetration and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Service Operations and partner teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
