Job summary

Danfoss in Helsinki is seeking a Technical Product Owner to shape digital service solutions for Drives Lifecycle Services. You will own the backlog, align with customers and stakeholders, and drive features from concept to deployment.

Collaborate with software teams in Agile/Scrum, ensure security and quality standards, and work across international teams to deliver real value to users.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• A few years of product or software development or product/project management experience.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Finnish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and technical roadmap for Drives Lifecycle Services digital solutions.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, technical specifications, and scalable digital solutions.
• Work with software development teams using Agile/Scrum, driving backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery of new features.
• Lead release planning and deployment activities for global adoption.
• Collaborate across functions while ensuring cybersecurity, governance, data privacy, and quality standards.
