Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior sales/service leader to drive the global service strategy and growth across a high-potential installed base in heavy industry. You will define long-term sales plans, targets and needed competencies, working across divisions to achieve results.

The role requires 10+ years in technical, service, or sales roles within international organizations, a university degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical/business field.
• 10+ years in technical, service, or sales roles in international orgs.
• Experience in heavy industry B2B, motors/generators, after-sales preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Fluency in English.

• Solid track record from stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
• Fluency in English
