Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in technical, service, or sales roles within international organizations, a university degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical/business field.
• 10+ years in technical, service, or sales roles in international orgs.
• Experience in heavy industry B2B, motors/generators, after-sales preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the service strategy and ensure service growth globally.
• Lead proactive sales development and growth initiatives for high-potential installed base.
• Define long-term sales plans, targets and competence development needs.
• Drive success via targets tracking, customer engagement and building long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate across organizational levels and divisions to achieve business results.
