Job summary

Hiab seeks a Product Manager, Service Contracts to own the global development and management of the service contract offering, translating customer and market needs into a competitive portfolio and roadmap that drive profitable growth and customer value.

You will work across Sales, Service, Finance, and Product Management to commercialize and continuously develop the offering in line with the Lifecycle Services strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in similar role in aftermarket business with load handling equipment
• Experience in multinational working environment
• Experience in customer interface
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM and CPQ systems
• Technical or business degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Contribute to global service contract strategy, portfolio and roadmap.
• Drive profitable growth and commercial performance of the service contract portfolio.
• Define, develop and maintain the global service contract offering, including pricing principles and conditions.
• Lead continuous improvement of the offering based on customer needs and market intelligence.
• Act as global product owner for service contract capabilities in CPQ and other tools.
• Identify, prioritize and coordinate new product development and major initiatives with business cases.
• Support markets in developing service contract sales strategies and performance improvements.
• Develop product positioning, communication, training, sales processes and tools.
• Own performance management and reporting for the service contract portfolio.
• Represent the service contract product area in global forums and cross-functional teams.
