Job summary

Arctic GM Experiences OY is seeking a resourceful B2B salesperson to develop partnerships and generate bookings across Arctic GM and Sonka Resort in Lapland.

You will engage hotels and DMCs, handle inquiries, and drive sales while maintaining CRM records. The role is based in Rovaniemi, Finland, with full-time hours and a probation period. Salary during probation is €2,500/month, rising to €3,000/month after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to open doors and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Approach hotels, accommodation providers and managers in Rovaniemi and Levi.
• Develop international partnerships with DMCs, travel agencies and tour operators.
• Handle inquiries, prepare proposals and close deals.
• Manage contacts and next steps in the CRM.
• Create and improve listings, descriptions and images on sales channels.
• Coordinate with colleagues and identify new sales opportunities.
