Job summary

Safartica Oy in Rovaniemi is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to support our sales operations and deliver exceptional experiences to our international partners and guests.

The role covers managing B2B reservations, entering bookings into booking systems, and coordinating reservations with multiple departments to ensure a smooth journey from booking to delivery. It offers a fixed term contract until March 2027 with flexible hours including peak-season weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Finnish, Italian, French, or Spanish is considered an advantage.
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing B2B reservation processes from start to finish.
• Entering bookings from tour operators and travel agencies (TO/TA) into our booking systems.
• Managing and coordinating reservations with different departments, ensuring a smooth process from the initial booking through to the end customer.
