Job summary

ArcticGM is seeking enthusiastic tour guides for the winter season 2026 in Rovaniemi and other areas of Lapland. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with duties including delivering high-quality tours, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent guest service from booking to post-tour follow-up.

Applicants should have a valid Finnish B driving license, a Schengen work permit, experience in tourism with references, and strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and responsible tours in Rovaniemi and Lapland
• Assist guests with high-level service, safety, and satisfaction during tours

Overview

We are looking for part-time and full-time tour guides for the winter season 2026. Work tasks include providing quality and responsible tours in Rovaniemi as well as in other areas of Lapland.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and responsible tours in Rovaniemi and other areas of Lapland.
• Support guests with a high level of service, safety, and satisfaction during tours.
• Maintain high standards from the point-of-sale to after-care, with tours either private or limited to 8 participants.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously develop tours to ensure the best experience for guests and a positive environment for team members.

Qualifications

• Driving license permit (B) valid in Finland
• Existing permit to work in the Schengen Area
• Previous tourism industry experience (with references)
• Good English language skills
