Job summary

Norlandia Health & Care Group in Espoo seeks an IT Business Partner for Finland, to lead IT for the Finnish business and partner with functions, service providers, and central IT teams.

You will travel across Finland, drive IT service management, vendor relationships, and IT projects, with hands-on willingness when needed. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; experience with M365/AD DS is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced IT services and suppliers.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) follow-up and ITSM knowledge.
• Vendor management experience across multiple suppliers.
• Experience coordinating IT services, vendor relationships, and tech solutions.
• Ability to oversee site openings, acquisitions and IT integrations.
• Network competence (Meraki, Unifi, IPv4).
• M365, AD DS, Windows 11, Intune environments.
• Project management experience in IT projects.
• Basic knowledge of office hardware.
• AI use development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for the Finnish business and an integrated member of the NHC IT organization.
• Work closely with business functions, managers, service providers and IT teams.
• Approach IT challenges in a practical, proactive, service-oriented manner.
• Travel to locations across Finland, sometimes on short notice.
• Utilize ServiceNow/CMDB or similar ticketing systems for IT operations.
