Job summary

atNorth is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on, onsite IT support for ~100 employees across Finland as part of the Nordic IT organization. You will help with onboarding/offboarding, device preparation, asset management, and collaborate with central IT teams in Iceland and external providers.

The role reports to the Head of Infrastructure, Cyber Security and IT Support and is based at atNorth's FIN02 site in Espoo, Helsinki.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, or End User Support roles.
• Hands-on onsite IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 users/environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and workplace devices.
• Experience working with ticketing/IT service management systems.
• Knowledge of Windows environments and common IT infra.
• Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID and MDM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite first- and second-line IT support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and workplace tech issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account administration.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and workplace equipment.
• Manage IT assets and documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers as needed.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and IT Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and local support routines.
• Role may require occasional travel between atNorth datacenter locations for onsite support.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards.
