LeadDesk Plc in Helsinki seeks an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across Europe with HR operations and data management. You will handle employment documents, maintain data in Sympa, and contribute to reports and audits.

This permanent, full-time role is hybrid (3 days at Helsinki HQ). The salary ranges from 3400 to 3800 EUR per month, depending on experience, with Finnish and English proficiency as a must-have. You’ll collaborate across the group on People topics and initiatives.

Formación

• Couple of years of experience in HR operations or a broad HR specialist role.
• Practical knowledge of Finnish employment practices and some experience with occupational healthcare and work ability processes.
• Structured, precise way of working with deadlines on track.
• Growth mindset with willingness to develop yourself.
• Helpful service mindset and ability to handle sensitive employee information.
• Confident using HR systems, Microsoft 365, and reporting.
• Fluent Finnish and English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for employee and manager questions through our shared People inbox.
• Prepare employment agreements and lifecycle documents, and maintain employee data in Sympa.
• Prepare HR reports for leadership and support HR audits and payroll checks.
• Manage quarterly HR newsletter and intranet content, and support HR communications.
