HR IT Service Lead: SAP SuccessFactors & Integrations

Job summary

Fortum is seeking a Service Manager in its People/HR IT team. You will own SAP SuccessFactors-based Talent, Reward and Compensation services, ensuring stable, secure operations while shaping the roadmap and integrations across payroll, time, identity and analytics.

Hybrid role based in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden with 2–3 days in the office weekly. You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to drive practical improvements for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HR, ERP or other enterprise applications in a complex international environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or a similar cloud HCM platform and related HR processes.
• Experience with enterprise integrations including CPI, APIs, middleware and data flows between HCM, payroll, time, identity, reporting and service management.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle, performance and roadmap of SAP SuccessFactors Talent, Reward and Compensation solutions and related People IT services.
• Align stakeholders, vendors, architects and IT delivery teams around priorities and measurable improvements.
• Ensure reliable operations through incident, problem, change and release management.
