Job summary

Bird & Bird is seeking a Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of our hospitality and facilities at the heart of our Helsinki office. You will support client and employee experience, manage events, and lead reception and facilities teams in a collaborative, professional services environment.

The role offers a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. Office hours are 08:00–18:00 with occasional evenings; the role starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found,

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality customer service in hospitality or professional services
• Experience leading a team and handling a range of administrative tasks
• Fluency in Finnish and English; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality and facilities functions with ownership of events
• Manage reception and junior trainee teams
• Oversee catering services and workspace cleanliness and functionality
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and visitor management systems
• Interact with visitors and support client and employee experience
