Job summary

RELEX invites applications for the Workplace Manager role at the Otaniemi HQ in Espoo. You will own day‑to‑day facilities operations, manage the sublease, and craft the office experience for our growing team in a new space opening in 2027.

You’ll lead the Otaniemi HQ team, collaborate with BIT, HR and Sustainability, and ensure data governance, safety, and a superior workplace experience across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities or workplace operations for a large office.
• Strong vendor management and budget ownership skills.
• Confident stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Comfort using space booking and occupancy analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Run the Otaniemi HQ operations and ensure daily facilities workflow.
• Own office operations after opening and manage sublease arrangements.
• Maintain processes, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead the office team and coordinate with BIT, HR and Sustainability.
• Manage vendors, budget, security, health and safety, and ESG reporting.
