Enersense is looking for a business‑minded Head of HR Operations and Employee Relations to join the HR Leadership Team in Helsinki. You will lead HR services, optimize HR processes and systems, and oversee payroll and employment matters, with a focus on Finland and compliance.

You will manage a team of seven professionals, collaborate with business leaders and external partners, and shape the employee experience through strategic and hands‑on execution in a growing international organisation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferably in law; 6-8 years of relevant experience in a business environment
• Fluency in English and Finnish
• Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Responsabilités

• Lead HR operations and services to shape employee experience and payroll practices
• Develop payroll function and HR systems with emphasis on compliance and digitalization
• Lead HR legal and employment-related matters including compliance with legislation and collective agreements
• Support the business and HR colleagues across employment-related matters and stakeholder engagement
