Job summary

Enersense International invites applications for a business-oriented Head of HR Operations and Employee Relations. Based in Helsinki with hybrid work, you will lead HR operations, payroll, and employment-related matters, guiding the organisation on HR processes and legal practices within an international Group HR Leadership Team.

You will report to EVP HR and manage a team of seven professionals, including Payroll Manager and HR Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law and 6-8 years of relevant experience in a business environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A forward-looking mindset to developing processes and ways of working in a fast-changing and growing international organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and services, including HR processes and digitalization initiatives.
• Develop payroll function and salary payment systems, including master data and time and attendance.
• Lead HR legal and employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and agreements.
• Support business and HR colleagues on a wide range of employment-related matters.
