Job summary

Metso seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the Pilbara service account, building relationships at all levels and driving profitable growth. You will identify opportunities, manage CRM activities, and coordinate cross-functional support to deliver value to customers.

You will travel up to 70% and engage in account planning, budgeting, and negotiations to secure capex and service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five years of direct selling and/or service to the Pilbara region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Understanding of accounting procedures including profit and loss, budgets and gross margins.
• IT literacy and confidence in CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% by road and air.

Responsibilities

• Deliver profitable business growth from allocated sites.
• Build relationships with key site personnel and share with the organization.
• Identify investment opportunities and convey customer requirements to capex sales.
• Coordinate resources across Metso functions for customer-facing activities.
• Drive site sales activities with cross-functional teams and manage budgeting.
