Jobtailor is seeking a senior Operations Leader to define and execute the global Operations strategy, aligning with division goals. You will optimize the end-to-end value chain from supplier to customer and drive continuous improvement across programs.

The role requires a strong strategic mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English to engage stakeholders worldwide. Leadership experience in global industrial or tech environments is essential.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in global operations.
• Experience across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing operations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Dynamic leadership with excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Operations strategy aligned with division objectives.
• Lead end-to-end value chain from supplier to customer and order to delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and governance across programs.
• Shape and advance the manufacturing and digital technology roadmap for Operations.
• Lead global footprint strategy and support local units including M&A/divestment.
• Oversee CapEx and operating budgets to enable sustainable growth.
