Oilon seeks a Sales Manager (back office) to strengthen our Sales Back Office in burner sales. You will back the front-line sales team, ensure smooth order and customer processes, and link sales with engineering, R&D, service and production across Europe.

You will provide technical support, assist with equipment selection and pricing, and may take on commercial product management duties as needed in an international environment. This role requires travel and proactive collaboration.

Qualificações

• A relevant technical education (B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering).
• Experience in burner/boiler related business.
• Strong IT skills and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
• Fluent English and ability to operate in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to front-line Sales Managers.
• Support the sales organization with equipment selection and pricing.
• Support the international sales organization and act as a link between engineering, R&D, service, and production.
• Role may include responsibilities related to commercial product management.
