Job summary

Oilon, a family-owned global energy and environmental technology company, seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth across European markets. You will develop the sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver profitable solutions.

The role requires at least 5 years of international sales experience, a technology degree, and strong IT skills with CRM/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology.
• Experience in burner/boiler related business preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong IT skills and CRM/ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process in assigned European countries within the Burner Sales team.
• Create brand recognition and new sales opportunities while maintaining existing customer relations.
• Achieve planned sales revenue targets and budget, build a solid pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support order-to-delivery and product roadmapping.
