Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in sales coordination/support, customer service, or a similar role.
• B.Sc. degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of product, service, and contract orders, including customer quotations.
• Serve as primary operational contact for quotations, orders, and invoicing inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage billing activities from start to finish.
• Maintain and improve customer master data quality.
• Act as superuser and SME for designated tools/processes, guiding global teams.
• Support sales- and order-related documentation.
