Job summary

Polar is seeking an eCommerce Sales Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient day-to-day operation of Polar’s online channels, including ShopPolar, retailers and marketplaces. You will maintain product data, pricing, campaigns and handle order and payment issues from front to back.

You will work with global and local teams, translate commercial decisions into operational execution, and report to the Global Sales Operations Manager. Finnish HQ location is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce.
• At least 5 years in order-to-delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order, payment, product and pricing flows.
• At least 3 years SAP SD experience.
• Hands-on experience with CloudCommerce or Cloud-based services.
• 3-5 years of customer service and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for ShopPolar, marketplace channels, RWS and DWS.
• Investigate order and payment issues; coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain product data, catalogues and pricing across channels.
• Plan product launches and price updates per commercial decisions.
• Coordinate campaigns and discount rules; validate parameters.
• Support testing and rollout of new processes and tools.
• Administer and review operational user access and ensure GDPR compliance.
