Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-delivery process from order entry to delivery in ERP systems.
• Act as the primary operational contact for customers and build relationships.
• Prepare and manage customer documentation including orders and certificates.
• Maintain customer master data and guidelines.
• Provide sales support including pricing and coordination using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales, warehouse, logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality improvements.
