Job summary

ARDEX Finland seeks a commercially driven General Manager to lead the Finnish business from Espoo. You will have full P&L responsibility, set strategic direction, and accelerate growth through disciplined pricing, channel development and selective ARDEX product introductions.

You will lead 16 people, collaborate with Nordic and international teams, and stay close to customers and major accounts. This hands-on role combines autonomy with governance and a clear mandate to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial leadership experience in a B2B environment (construction/building materials or related).
• Track record of profitable sales growth, pricing discipline, and market share development.
• Experience with full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and planning.
• Proven people leadership experience at country/business unit or senior commercial level.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience with distributor models, project sales, specification selling and multi-stakeholder processes.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full business and P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management and financial follow-up.
• Develop and execute the commercial agenda for ARDEX Finland.
• Drive profitable growth through pricing discipline, value-based selling and structured sales execution.
• Broaden and strengthen relationships with distributors, contractors, project customers and other market stakeholders.
• Strengthen sales effectiveness through clear targets, pipeline visibility and disciplined follow-up.
• Lead, coach and develop the Finnish organization and build succession depth.
• Represent ARDEX Finland externally and contribute to the Nordic management team.
