Job summary

Qasa is seeking a hands-on Country Manager Finland to own growth and execution with full P&L responsibility. You will lead in Finland, reporting to the CEO, and shape strategy, partnerships, and channels that scale across the market.

You will build a high-performing local team, oversee operations, and align with central Qasa and Vend teams to deliver sustainable, data-driven growth in a dynamic marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finnish market strategy and execution - with full P&L responsibility
• Build scalable commercial models for supply and demand growth - partnerships, channels, and acquisition loops that don't rely on one-off deals
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team
• Oversee key operations - including support, contract flows, and payments
• Translate user insight into business decisions and product input
• Collaborate closely with central Qasa and Vend teams to align strategy and delivery
