Qualifications

• At least 220 person-days of experience as a specialist in the operation and/or support of SMS services.
• Experience gained during 1 January 2022 to 9 September 2026.
• Experience from assignments for at least one public-sector organisation.
• Experience integrating SMS services with customer information systems and/or patient information systems.
• Solid experience with GDPR, information security and ISO 27001 aligned environments.
• Excellent spoken and written Finnish.
• Excellent English, including technical terminology.
