Job summary

ABSTRACT RESOURCES LTD is seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll System Implementation Expert for a 10-month contract, remote from home. The role involves overseeing design, build, UAT and Go Live across a bespoke payroll platform, with emphasis on Finnish payroll legislation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HRIS payroll solutions and can operate in English. Interviews will be arranged promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HRIS payroll systems (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of Finnish payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead a remote, multi-site implementation with English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, build, UAT and Go Live for a bespoke HRIS payroll platform.
• Coordinate delivery across modules and ensure smooth transition to production.
• KeepFinnish payroll compliance at the core of the implementation and rollout.
