Clevry is seeking a Senior Specialist, Service Integration in Espoo to lead SIAM and ITSM initiatives across a multi‑vendor environment. You will help design operating models, define integration approaches, and drive improvements across service chains.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, including monitoring performance, developing dashboards, and coordinating between internal teams and external providers. English is the primary language.
Would you like to develop IT services in a large international environment where service delivery is built on collaboration between multiple service providers? Do you have a strong understanding of IT Service Management, SIAM, and service performance development?
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Service Integration to join our client in Espoo. In this role, you will play a key part in developing Service Integration capabilities and ensuring that IT services, processes, and multiple service providers work seamlessly together.
This is a senior-level specialist position combining IT Service Management, SIAM, Service Level Management, supplier ecosystem development, and hands‑on collaboration with service teams.
As a Senior Specialist, you will support service teams in implementing SIAM and ITSM practices while developing the multi‑vendor operating environment as a whole.
The role therefore gives you the opportunity to work both at a strategic level and with practical, hands‑on challenges. One day, you might be analysing service provider performance and developing metrics, while the next you could be helping a service team solve an integration‑related challenge or facilitating collaboration between different suppliers.
Above all, we are looking for an experienced IT Service Management / Service Integration professional who understands what effective service management means in practice within a multi‑vendor environment.
Previous experience with ServiceNow and building dashboards is considered a significant advantage. SIAM Foundation / Professional or ITIL Intermediate / Expert level certifications are also considered an asset.
English is the primary working language for the role, while knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, or Polish is considered an advantage.
Technical expertise alone is not enough in this position. We are looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while also being willing to tackle practical challenges when needed.
You are proactive, analytical, and development‑oriented, and you have the confidence to raise issues when something is not working. At the same time, you know how to build effective collaboration between different teams, specialists, and service providers.
You are able to move things forward in a constructive yet determined manner. You enjoy working in an environment where you can build networks, facilitate discussions, and influence how ways of working are developed.
Your background may be in Service Integration, IT Service Management, Vendor Management, or IT Governance. Previous experience in a large, international enterprise environment will provide a strong foundation for succeeding in this role.
We offer you the opportunity to work in a significant international environment and in a role where you can genuinely influence how IT services and multi‑vendor collaboration are developed.
Service Integration is an evolving area, meaning you will not only work with existing operating models but also have the opportunity to shape, build, and develop them further.
