Job summary

Mapon Finland is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first contact for potential customers in the Finnish market, generating leads and booking meetings for our Growth and Sales teams.

You’ll join a 6-person Finland Sales team, collaborate with eight other branches, and work in a flexible hybrid setup in Vantaa. The role offers a base salary from 2000 EUR gross plus variable bonuses, with access to AI tools, a laptop, gym, and an annual training budget.

Qualifications

• Native Finnish and English communication are required.
• 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated, proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Finnish market.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations.
• Schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with Growth to refine messaging and outreach.
• Share feedback to improve sales approaches and product positioning.
• Maintain CRM records and report activities.
