Mapon Finland is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Finnish B2B SaaS telematics business. You will build a pipeline, conduct discovery, and present a compelling business case to fleet owners and operators, while collaborating with cross-border teams.

You’ll join an international, performance-driven team in Vantaa with flexible hybrid or remote options, backed by our established product, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience winning new B2B customers and managing end-to-end sales.
• Ability to run thoughtful discovery and present to decision-makers.
• Capable of generating meetings and advancing opportunities with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new Finnish business.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand fleets and needs.
• Present solutions with a clear business case to decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while maintaining CRM records.
• Hand over signed customers to account managers for onboarding.
