Job summary

Aceve is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Finland to lead onboarding, adoption, and long-term success for new and existing customers. You will bridge customers with product, sales and support teams, guiding implementations from handover to go-live and beyond.

As the Finnish market grows, you will expand into ongoing customer success, health monitoring, and retention initiatives while helping evolve our Finland operating model and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and implementing customer journeys.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans.
• Strong communication across Sales, Product and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Finnish customer onboarding and go-live, driving initial adoption.
• Maintain active customer relationships and monitor adoption and health.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Support to ensure smooth implementations.
• Develop and refine onboarding processes, templates and knowledge for Finland.
