Job summary

Radisson RED Helsinki is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profit and guest experiences, and champion a creative, tech-savvy culture. The role requires leadership of teams, budget oversight, and a passion for innovative hospitality within a vibrant RED environment.

You will steer strategy, optimize service delivery, and foster engagement among all staff while maintaining the RED standards and brand identity in Helsinki.

Qualifications

• Hotel operations and leadership experience (Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, etc.).
• Natural leader, motivator and relationship builder.
• Energetic, optimistic, flexible, and adaptable.
• Creative problem solver and innovator.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry, RED and the RED experience.
• Tech savvy.
• Business and financial acumen.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with RED and Radisson Hotel Group’s mission, vision, values and strategies.
• Achieve the venue’s profit, customer service and revenue goals, by leading the operations of the hotel.
• Lead the development of strategies and practices that support the engagement and retention of all creatives (ie employees).
• Embrace the RED service culture – reinforcing skills for creatives that create a lasting impression on guests and the overall guest experience.
