Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Senior Public Policy Manager to drive EU policy strategy across Europe, with support for Germany. The role involves analyzing legislation, shaping advocacy materials, and coordinating stakeholder engagement with the Public Policy / Corporate Affairs team.

You will work with the Director of Public Policy, travel as needed, and contribute to policy trackers and briefing materials while operating in a hybrid Brussels or Frankfurt office environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EU government relations, public policy or advocacy.
• Proven ability to produce clear, evidence-based analysis and manage concurrent priorities.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are beneficial.
• Degree or equivalent in politics, international relations, economics, finance, law or languages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse EU legislative, regulatory and political developments.
• Research complex issues and translate analysis into evidence-based advocacy materials.
• Develop positions aligned with strategic and commercial priorities and coordinate stakeholder outreach.
• Represent Fidelity International at external events and manage relationships with industry bodies.
