Vanderlande seeks a Finance Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe to lead the regional tax and compliance team, ensuring a strong and compliant tax framework across European operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in tax, tax compliance, or related finance function in an international environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Europe Tax & Compliance team and drive compliant tax processes across Europe.
• Oversee day-to-day tax compliance activities and provide guidance on tax matters across multiple countries.
• Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other tax compliance activities with Group Tax and local Finance teams.
• Identify and manage tax risks and translate changes in tax legislation into practical guidance.
