Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking aHead of Bid Management - Continental Europe to lead Bid and Engagement Management across Finland to Portugal. You will drive transformation from Bid Management to Engagement Management, coach cross-country teams, and partner with Global Presales to win strategic opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership in complex, multinational environments, fluency in English and another European language, and regular travel across Continental Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Bid Management, Engagement Management or Presales functions in multinational settings.
• Proven ability to guide senior professionals across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and at least one additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Continental Europe Bid Management and Engagement Management community.
• Drive the transformation from Bid Management to Engagement Management across the region.
• Coach teams on complex strategic opportunities and major pursuits.
• Oversee capability development, workforce planning, performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Global Presales and Country Presales Leaders to win large opportunities.
