Merus Power seeks an experienced Sales Manager to grow its international active harmonic filter business from Ylöjärvi or Helsinki. This consultative, partner-driven role involves engaging customers, developing the partner network, and expanding into new markets.

The successful candidate will travel internationally, manage key accounts and represent Merus Power at seminars and trade fairs. A technical degree helps; fluency in English is essential, with strong consultative selling skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in international sales and ability to grow new business opportunities.
• Proven track record in solution-based or consultative sales.
• Experience selling technical products, systems or solutions.
• Ability to develop and nurture existing customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Actively develop and manage our partner network across markets, guiding partners’ sales activities and supporting them in customer meetings.
• Identify opportunities in new markets, customer groups and segments.
• Build relationships with consultants, designers and other key stakeholders.
• Manage customer accounts and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Represent Merus Power as an expert at seminars, trade fairs and customer events.
