Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a hyperscale data center construction project. You will oversee the full document control process from mobilisation to handover, manage registers, transmittals, and workflows, and coordinate submissions with subcontractors and design teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in document control within construction/engineering, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years document control experience within construction or engineering projects.
• Experience on Data Center, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Energy or Industrial projects is advantageous.
• Excellent understanding of document control procedures and ISO standards.
• Strong experience managing large volumes of technical documentation.
• Fluent English; additional Nordic languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete document control process from mobilisation through handover.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals and workflows per project procedures.
• Ensure all incoming/outgoing documentation is logged, tracked and distributed.
• Coordinate submissions between subcontractors, consultants, design teams and client.
• Review documents for compliance with naming conventions and quality standards.
• Manage RFIs, technical submittals, shop drawings and design docs.
• Support QA/QC with inspection records, test docs and handover packages.
