Job summary

FiveNines Group is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a Data Centre project to support technical teams and manage project documentation.

You're responsible for controlling company and project documents, site inductions, and ensuring training certificates are uploaded to the internal portal. You will prepare and update document control procedures, ensure format compliance, and use software to organize and distribute documents across the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent – Grading A*-C.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Strong experience in IT Administration
• Excellent knowledge within the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Controlling both company and project documentation
• Responsible for site inductions
• Responsible for ensuring all operatives training certificates are check and are uploaded to internal company portal
• Preparing, operating and updating document control procedures
• Ensuring all documentation meets format requirements and client/company standards
• Using computer software to facilitate the organisation and distribution of documents within a company
