Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar site-based role.
• High level of verbal and written English is essential.
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous.

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards.
• Distribute and track documents for stakeholder access.
• Maintain and update project registers such as document register.
• Analyse and summarise data from various project logs.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking.

Job description

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
• Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
• Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
