Job summary

Thor is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support large-scale Nordic data centre construction projects. The role focuses on maintaining and controlling project documentation, ensuring accurate filing, tracking, and timely distribution to engineers, contractors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have experience in document control within complex projects and be proficient with systems like ACC, Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, ProjectWise or BIM 360, with strong organisational skills and

Qualifications

Experience in document control within construction or complex projects.
Familiar with document management systems such as ACC, Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, ProjectWise or BIM 360.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to handle high volumes of documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Control the receipt, registration, distribution and revision of technical documents and drawings.
Ensure documentation is accurately filed, tracked and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate document submissions, reviews, approvals and revisions with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.
Maintain document registers and reporting, ensuring compliance with project procedures and document control standards.
Support the project team in maintaining accurate records and meeting documentation deadlines.
