Job summary

CTS Nordics OY is seeking a Document Controller to support the Seinäjoki project by managing and controlling project documentation through the lifecycle. You will work closely with the project team, design and engineering disciplines, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is correctly submitted, reviewed, tracked and maintained within the project’s document management systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering.
• Knowledge of document lifecycle, revision control, and metadata.
• Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is preferred.
• Experience with Aconex is an advantage.
• Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation within the project CDEs, including ACC and Aconex.
• Perform document quality checks before submission, including numbering, naming, revisions, metadata and status.
• Monitor document review/approval workflows and follow up on outstanding reviews.
• Coordinate documentation between CTS, subcontractors, design/engineering teams and client.
• Track design docs, submittals, RFIs and other project docs as required.
• Maintain document registers and trackers, ensuring status and revision accuracy.
• Monitor overdue docs and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue transmittals and maintain complete document histories.
• Ensure superseded documentation is controlled and accessible to teams.
• Support subcontractors and project personnel with document control procedures.
• Assist commissioning, quality and handover documentation as the project progresses.
• Ensure compliance with CTS and project-specific document control procedures.
