We're currently hiring a Document Controller on behalf of a client delivering large-scale data centre construction projects in the Nordics.

This is an opportunity to join a complex, fast-paced project environment where document control plays a key role in keeping project teams, contractors and stakeholders aligned.

The Role

• Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control the receipt, registration, distribution and revision of technical documents and drawings.
• Ensure documentation is accurately filed, tracked and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate document submissions, reviews, approvals and revisions with engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.
• Maintain document registers and reporting, ensuring compliance with project procedures and document control standards.
• Support the project team in maintaining accurate records and meeting documentation deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering or other complex project environments.
• Experience working with document management systems such as ACC, Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, ProjectWise or BIM 360.
• Good understanding of document revision control, workflows and technical documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of documentation.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in data centres or other mission-critical construction projects would be an advantage.
