Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is expanding its CRM and lifecycle marketing team to drive customer engagement, conversions and retention across email, mobile and onsite channels. You will own campaigns end-to-end and coordinate content production with agencies, creators and social channels.

You will manage segmentation, activation and reporting, leveraging data insights to continuously improve performance. Excellent Finnish copywriting and fluent English are essential, with experience in subscription

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2C marketing experience with hands-on CRM.
• Experience building CRM automations and campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive conversion, retention or subscription growth.
• Experience managing external agencies and content workflows.
• Experience working with content creators/influencers.
• Experience managing social media and online communities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent Finnish copywriting; fluent English.
• Experience with subscriptions/startups/new markets is a plus.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise CRM automations and campaigns across email, mobile and onsite channels.
• Own customer journeys focused on conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention and churn reduction.
• Manage segmentation, targeting, campaign execution, QA and performance reporting.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end content production with external agencies, from briefing to assets.
• Source, brief and manage content creators and influencer partnerships, including contracts and usage rights.
• Manage the social media content calendar and community, including posting and engagement.
• Track campaign and content performance and use insights to improve execution.
• Support wider brand campaigns, partnerships and marketing activations.
