Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is expanding its Finnish marketing team to drive paid digital campaigns and optimize growth across channels. You will own budget-driven campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display while leveraging data to identify opportunities and improve CAC/ROAS.

The role demands 5+ years in performance marketing, fluency in Finnish and English, and a collaborative, independent work style in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience within a B2C environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific ad managers.
• Experience managing and optimising significant paid media budgets against performance KPIs.
• Structured, results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Display and Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
• Experience working in start-up, new market launch or agency environments is a plus.
• Understanding of how performance marketing works alongside broader brand and offline marketing is a plus.

Purpose

In this role, you will drive the launch, growth and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities in Finland. You’ll manage campaigns and budgets across key performance channels, using data and testing to improve results, identify growth opportunities and scale customer acquisition.
