Job summary

Eaton seeks an ambitious HR professional to blend hands-on HR operations with development toward an HR Business Partner path. You will own essential HR processes, support managers and employees, and help shape a scalable operating model for a fast-growing environment.

You will collaborate with HR teams, HR Services, and business stakeholders, delivering immediate impact while growing toward an HR Business Partner career through broad exposure and cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR/Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• At least 5 years of broad HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding).
• Partner with managers to deliver effective recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data quality.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and benefits.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews and engagement initiatives.
• Develop leadership development and site communications.
• Turn HR data into reports and insights for decisions.
• Lead local HR program implementations and continuous improvement.
