Job summary

Eaton is seeking an ambitious HR professional to join its Vantaa campus in Finland as an HR Generalist/Junior HR Business Partner. From day one, you will own essential HR operations, support managers and employees, and help shape an effective HR operating model for a fast-growing environment.

You will work across onboarding, recruitment, compliance, and HR projects while partnering with HR Services and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of broad HR experience.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data quality in HR systems.
• Provide timely guidance on HR policies, processes and benefits.
• Drive local performance management, talent reviews, and learning programs.
• Lead local HR program implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
