PURPOSE
As an Associate of the Borders Strategy team, you will play a key role in contributing to our business decisions and making a tangible impact. You will lead a wide range of projects and work streams, collaborating with team members and stakeholders across business units and operational functions. You may need to multi-task and prioritize to manage tight timelines. Your role extends beyond data analysis; you will establish facts, analyze implications, recommend the best course of action, and enable execution. You will be expected to deliver compelling presentations and communications to senior executives with some frequency. When required, you will also take hands-on responsibility for realizing outcomes. The work will include a wide range of tasks such as prospecting trends, defining the customer strategy and performing a segmentation, scanning start-ups for investment, defining the plan to embed innovative capabilities, among other tasks.
